The invasion of the cupcakes

Parece ser que desde hace unos años, las pastelerías han sido tomadas por unos pequeños monstruos llamados cupcakes. Y en las tiendas no sólo de instrumentos de cocina, ha ocurrido lo mismo. No se sabe cómo parar la invasión de los cupcakes.

Prueba de ello son los miles de artilugios, algunos más servibles que otros, que encontramos con esta forma tan dulce. Supongo que una prueba del éxito de los cupcakes, es el libro Objetivo:cupcake perfecto de la cupcakera mayor del reino, Alma Obregón, ya que se vende como rosquillas (en este caso, mejor como cupcakes,jiji)

A sus 28 años, Alma arrasa con el libro y también con su blog dónde describe sus recetas de una forma muy original y cercana. En los post encontramos expresiones como "el mejor sabor del mundo mundial", "una campanita en mi interior que hace tilín tilín", "un kit megacucu", etc... Esta simpatía y también sus recetas, le han valido para ganar varios premios.

Otra prueba de que los cupcakes están de moda es la celebración de la BCN&CAKE, una feria para las amantes de la repostería creativa que se celebró el pasado mes de noviembre en la ciudad condal. A los propios organizadores les sorprendió el éxito que tuvo entre el público que visitó los más de 120 expositores de galletas, cakes, y por supuesto, cupcakes! También se celebraron desfiles de delantales, concursos y master class. De hecho ya está preparando la próxima edición 2013.

Está claro, que tanta sacarosa, cursilería e infantilismo se ha convertido en una fiebre, que irrita a algunos y encanta a otros. Yo me declaro amante de la glucosa! (no apta para diabéticos, jaja)

To the own organizers it surprised the success that had between the public who visited more than 120 exhibitors of cookies, cakes, and certainly, cupcakes!

Also there were celebrated parades of aprons, contests and master class. In fact already it is preparing the near edition 2013. There is clear, that so many saccharose, pretentiousness and infantilismo has turned into a fever, which irritates some and others are charmed with it.

I declare myself a lover of the glucose! (Not suitable for diabetics, jaja)
